This full-time leadership role presents an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in providing the highest quality food and outstanding customer service.
As the Head of Food and Beverages, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage provision within the school, including events. Your primary objective will be to ensure a top-notch dining experience for students, staff, and guests. You will spearhead the start-up of a state-of-the-art kitchen, and your leadership and organizational skills will be essential in creating and delivering high-quality, nutritious, and appealing food in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Additionally, having certifications in food hygiene, food handling, and first aid would be advantageous. Previous experience in a senior catering or food service management role, as well as knowledge of nutritional requirements for children, will further strengthen your candidacy.
Key responsibilities will include team recruitment and management, menu planning and development, procurement and inventory management, food preparation and quality control, customer service, financial management, event management, collaboration and communication, and strategic planning.
