This super easy protein shake recipe gives you the perfect ratio of milk to strawberry and is completely customizable!
Either you want to make and have it immediately, or make and keep for later, whichever way - you can still enjoy it. All you have to do is blend up your protein shake and pour into a clean glass cup, then place it in the freezer. Allow it sit for 5 minutes or thereabout before it's drinkable again! This can be incorporated into your party food menu.
Ingredients:
Strawberry or vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
Milk of choice (1 cup)
Strawberries (1 cup)
½ Banana
Ice (1 scoop)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Top with granola or oats (check lists of other toppings below). Then ENJOY!
